Your ledger records and preferences stay on this device.
Currency conversion sends only currency codes and a date, never your amounts or ledger data.
Include the app version, iOS version, selected language, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not email private ledger entries or financial account details.
Common checks
- Purchase not visible: make sure the device is online, then open Settings and tap Restore purchase.
- Exchange rate unavailable: verify the date and internet connection, then try again later. The app will not create a converted entry without a valid rate.
- Recurring entry missing: check that the plan is enabled, its start date has arrived, and the short-month rule matches the selected day.
- Wrong currency: free entries use the main display currency. After paid access is active, choose a specific currency inside the transaction or recurring-plan editor.
- Language: the default follows iOS. You can select another language from TallyPop Settings at any time.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in Apple Account subscription settings. The lifetime option is a one-time non-consumable purchase. All options unlock the same multi-currency feature while the entitlement is active.
Local storage
TallyPop does not currently provide an account or cloud sync. Removing the app can remove locally stored ledger data. Keep this in mind before deleting the app or erasing the device.

月度和年度方案会自动续订,直至取消;可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理。永久方案为一次购买。App 暂不提供账号或云同步,删除 App 可能会移除本地账目。
